MATERIAL RECEIPT AND FAST CASE RECORDING

When the institute receives the material, this is recorded in the system by simple scanning of the request/submission form. This meets the requirements of quality management.

Thanks to the high performance optical character recognition and the 2D barcode reading of the insurance company referral slips, referral slips are read and stored in the system with an absolute minimum of errors. In the same way, outpatient requests from the respective clinic are allocated automatically via the HL7 interface. Referral slips, which cannot be read automatically, can be recorded fast and conveniently with a few entries.
